You can browse the simrel git repo and look at the *.b3aggrcon files

Currently, the update sites listed are milestones towards Luna SR2 which is not released yet. But it still a good clue of where the find the update sites. For example, pdt.b3aggrcon points to http://download.eclipse.org/tools/pdt/updates/3.4-rc4a/ but if you go up a level to http://download.eclipse.org/tools/pdt/updates/ you could browse the previous releases and pick what you need. You can also go on the each project's website but I find that a bit tedious.
